Bridge Club

The Bridge Club at Finchley Progressive Synagogue is open not only to members of the Synagogue, but also to visitors. The club meets on Monday evenings, (subject to religious and public holidays) at 8.00pm, and rubber bridge is played until 10.30 pm, with a short break for tea/coffee and biscuits. There is a charge of £3 per person, and usually small prizes are given to the pair with the highest score.

You do not need a partner to participate, as long as you are flexible enough to play with whoever is available.

The bridge is “friendly social”, with the skill levels varied, and the emphasis on the “friendly”. Beginners are welcome, although we cannot guarantee to give tuition. Anyone interested in participating should feel free to ring Gunter Lawson via the synagogue office for further details.

Oliver!

A number of our congregants are starring in a local performance of Oliver at The Garden Suburb Theatre. For booking information, please visit www.ticketsource.co.uk/gardensuburbtheatre or call 020 7723 6609
