Rosh Chodesh Group
The first of each Jewish month — the celebration of the new moon, has become an occasion for Jewish women to gather for learning, ritual, and spiritual exploration, and to mark life passages. It is an opportunity for FPS women of all ages to meet together, eat and discuss issues around the world, the Torah, each other and or lives. Think book club without the book. The Rosh Chodesh Group takes place at the synagogue around the time of the new moon (7:30pm-9:30pm). It is open to all women in the community, younger and older alike.
